How to be an Enduro Orient Client

Only if you are a professional of the sector (Shop or Autonomous) and you want to market ENDURO ORIENT products, we invite you to access the Clients Zone and register there as such. In 24 hours you will receive the confirmation of Access. With your e-mail and the keys, you will access your Professional Zone where you can see all our products, prices and order directly from our website.

How to make an order

Once we have given you the Access confirmation, you can access your Client Zone, see all the Collections and the Prices of our On-Line Shop. From there, and in a very easy way you can make the Order with all kinds of details by email or by phone.

What are the Sales Conditions

For Stores in Spain and abroad:

  • No minimum Order.
  • Free Shipping on orders over €500.
  • For orders of less than €500, postage will be charged according to the courier or package requested.
  • Cash payment (Bank Transfer, Visa and MasterCard via secure payment link and Paypal).
  • Shipment in maximum 5 business days from confirmation of payment.

For Stores in the Canary Islands:

  • No minimum Order.
  • Free Shipping on orders over €300€.
  • For orders of less than €300 the postage will be charged according to parcel requested.
  • Cash payment (Bank Transfer).
  • Shipment in maximum 3 business days from payment confirmation.

Product is not reserved until payment confirmation has been received.

Parts with defects. ENDURO ORIENT will only be responsible for any piece that arrives in poor condition to the Customer. You must notify within a maximum period of 2 days and the piece should not leave its wrapping. You will receive our instructions on how to proceed.
